Welcome again to Rochester!

As mentioned in our previous email, Victory Baptist Chinese Mission of Rochester (VBCMR) is hosting an annual welcome party on Saturday, August 29. The party will include a furniture giveaway, students & professors' sharing, and dinner. Here are the details that you have all been waiting for! :)

Schedule:

3:00pm-3:30pm: Check-in/registration; Sports and social mingle and getting to know each other!

3:30pm-4:15pm: Furniture give-away!

4:15pm-4:35pm: Worship and singing

4:35pm-5:15pm: Sharing from student, pastor, and professors.

5:15pm-6:30pm: Din-din-dinner!

To facilitate the smooth running of our event, we kindly ask you to register in advance. If you wish to join us on August 29, please fill out the following information and send it to VBCMR.campus@gmail.com by August 27, in order to receive a register number.

Rides:

We encourage everyone to find rides for themselves, but if you can't find one, rides will be available at the following three locations around 2:45-3:15pm. Please be timely as the last ride will leave at 3:15pm with no delay :)

1. Whipple Park, in front of the office and laundry room

2. University Park, on the parking lot circle

3. Goler House/ Town House, at the bus stop beside Goler House.

If you live in places other the ones listed, please feel free to email us so we could work something out.

Again, we encourage you to register ahead of time, so you may be given some priority in choosing the furniture. In case you were unable to register in advance, you can still come and register on the day of the event.
